Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last Updated: September 12, 2026
1. Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how LibraryStu provides access to its services after a customer registers for an account or purchases a paid subscription.
LibraryStu is a digital software platform designed for libraries and study centres. LibraryStu does not sell, manufacture, package, or ship physical products.
Accordingly, physical product shipping, delivery charges, courier services, tracking numbers, and return shipping do not apply to LibraryStu subscriptions.
2. Digital Service Delivery
LibraryStu provides its services electronically through its website and application.
When a user successfully registers for the Service or purchases a paid subscription:
- Account access is provided electronically.
- Subscription status is updated digitally after successful payment and verification.
- Paid features become available through the user's LibraryStu account according to the applicable subscription plan.
- No physical product or package is sent to the customer.
3. Free Trial Access
Eligible users may receive a 90-day free trial of LibraryStu. The free trial provides access to the applicable features and limits displayed on the LibraryStu website at the time of registration.
The current free-trial plan provides capacity for up to 25 seats. No physical delivery is required to use the free trial.
4. Paid Subscription Delivery
LibraryStu currently offers paid subscription plans that may include:
- Monthly Plan: ₹99
- Annual Plan: ₹499
After successful payment and subscription activation, the applicable paid features are made available electronically through the customer's LibraryStu account.
LibraryStu does not automatically renew paid subscriptions. When a subscription expires, the customer must manually purchase a new subscription if they wish to continue using paid features.
5. Payment and Activation Issues
In some circumstances, a payment may be delayed, remain pending, or be successfully completed without the subscription being activated immediately.
This may occur because of payment-provider processing, banking or UPI delays, technical issues, or other circumstances outside LibraryStu's immediate control.
If payment has been successfully completed but the corresponding subscription has not been activated within a reasonable period, the customer should contact LibraryStu Support with their payment or transaction reference ID.
LibraryStu will review the transaction and, where appropriate, activate the subscription or provide an applicable remedy in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Service Availability
LibraryStu strives to provide reliable and continuous access to its digital services. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of:
- Scheduled maintenance;
- Software updates;
- Technical problems;
- Internet or network failures;
- Payment-provider or third-party infrastructure issues; or
- Other circumstances beyond LibraryStu's reasonable control.
A temporary interruption does not constitute a physical delivery failure and does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund. Refunds and other remedies, where applicable, are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. No Shipping Charges
Because LibraryStu provides digital services only:
- There are no shipping charges.
- There are no delivery charges.
- There are no courier or logistics charges.
- There are no physical delivery timelines.
- There are no shipment tracking numbers.
Any applicable subscription price or legally required charges will be displayed during the applicable purchase process.
